Are you ready for a puppy from West Michigan Doodles and Poodles?

We know you have all the questions, and we have made this page to help answer those questions and help you on your journey of getting the perfect doodle puppy for you or your family.

Do you vaccinate and deworm your puppies?

Puppies follow a deworming schedule and have their first set of vaccinations between 6 and 8 weeks old.

Do your puppies see a vet before pick up?

Puppies go to the vet between 6 and 8 weeks old for their first set of vaccinations, puppy well exam and health certificate. These records go with the puppy to their new home.

Expected Weight Disclaimer

~ Expected weight disclaimer: Adult size is not guaranteed and is only a prediction based on parent size, grandparents size, and past litters. No refund or exchange puppy will be given if weight falls outside of estimated limits..

How do I get my puppy if I'm out of state?

We offer both ground transport and flight nanny’s for our puppies for an additional fee. We fly our puppies in cabin with an attendant only, no cargo.

Are your breeding dogs health tested?

Our parents dogs are all genetic and health tested through Embark prior to being an official part of our program. We are also in the process of getting all of our parent dogs OFA/CHIC certified by doing: Hips, Eyes, Elbows, Cardiac and Patella’s.

Do you have a health guarantee?

We offer both a 30 day general health guarantee and a 26 month genetic health guarantee for all of our puppies.

What type of grooming is required for Goldendoodle’s?

Goldendoodles need to visit the groomer every 4-6 weeks to keep their coats manageable, curly coats closer to the 4-week mark, and wavy coats closer to the 6-week mark. You will need to brush and comb (slicker brush and metal comb) your curly Goldendoodle daily to avoid matting, your wavy Goldendoodle should be brushed 2-3 days per week for the same reason with the same grooming tools.

Are deposits refundable?

There are only 2 reasons in which a deposit would be monetarily refunded: in the event that the puppy should become ill or die while in breeders’ care or if/when time to choose your puppy there is not one to your liking. The breeder has 30 days from the request to provide any monetary refund. In any other situation, another puppy may be offered to the breeder or deposit moved to a future litter, upon the breeder’s discretion.
