Section 1 - Reservation Fee Agreement *

this will reserve your spot for an upcoming litter of your choice, your paid reservation fee will stand until you choose your puppy.

Section 2 - Breeder Reserves 1st pick *

The Breeder always reserves the right to the 1st pick of every litter.

Section 3 - Intent *

with the intent to purchase chosen puppy by the time the puppy reaches 8 weeks of age. If the puppy is not paid for in full (including the rest of the purchase Balance Due) by the time puppy reaches 8 weeks of age, reservation fee will be forfeited and is NON REFUNDABLE (unless previous arrangements have been made). By placing a reservation fee you agree to pay the balance by the time the puppy reaches 8 weeks of age (unless previous arrangements have been made). The only reason would be refunded to buyer, would be in the event that the puppy should become ill or should die. Should this event happen, buyer would have the choice of a monetary refund or choosing another puppy from current litter if one is available or future litter of their choice. The Seller reserves the right to void this transaction and refund the reservation fee if we learn of any reason why Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy ( i.e Buyer is found to be an animal abuser, violent person, representative of a Pet Store, representative of a pharmaceutical research laboratory etc. or a non-disclosed breeder) . By signing below, buyer states that he/she has read the aforementioned Reservation Fee Contract and is in complete agreement. Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully and understands that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Michigan, in the County of Newaygo. It is agreed that the place on venue shall be in Newaygo County, Michigan. Thank you for purchasing a puppy from us! Section 5 - Buyer Cancels Selection *

If buyer changes their mind in purchasing a puppy from this litter, no monetary amount will be given, reservation fee can be move to a future litter of buyers choice.

Section 6 - Agreement To Terms *

The person/Guardian signing this agreement agrees to all the terms and conditions of this legally binding agreement. To the best of his/her knowledge and truthfully. He/She also agrees to all the terms listed in this agreement including sections 1-6 and no other guarantees or agreements are meant or implied.
